Two stones, stacked. A small square one at the top, a wider trapezoid below it ringed in tiny gold beads, then three diamond-cut accents and a fringe of pearls and silver bells. The gold beadwork against oxidised silver is what makes this pair read as more than its price.
- Oxidised silver-tone finish with gold-tone bead detailing
- Flat-polished square and trapezoid glass stones, bezel-set
- Three diamond-cut accent stones above a faux pearl and bead fringe
- Round cabochon stud with a push-back post
- Yellow and green, maroon and green, or green and rose pink
Long enough to show against an updo, narrow enough to wear with a cotton kurta on an ordinary day. Good with tissue and organza sarees, where the gold beading picks up the zari.
Materials & finish
Materials & finish
Oxidised silver or gold-plated finish over a base-metal alloy. Stones are cut and cabochon glass in kundan-style settings; pearls are faux. This is imitation jewellery — not precious metal or gemstone.
Care
Care
Keep away from water, perfume and hairspray, and store each pair separately so the finishes do not rub. Wipe with a dry cloth after wearing.
