Premium is not a different material, it is a different amount of labour. These are the designs with the deepest filigree, the most stones, and the densest pearl work - the oxidised chandbali with its pierced crescent and twin peacocks, and the gold-plated temple jhumka with a repousse dome worked all the way round and a lattice rim.

Both are built for the days you end up in the photographs: sangeet, reception, a wedding where you are in the front row. Both are also hollow through the widest part, so the scale is in how they look rather than how they feel after four hours.
