How delivery works on a Ghungroo order.

Charges and delivery estimate

Shipping charges and the delivery estimate for your address are calculated at checkout and shown to you before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

Once you have ordered

You will get an order confirmation by email straight away. When the parcel leaves us you will get a second email with the courier and a tracking number. If the confirmation has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder before contacting us - it is almost always there.

Addresses

Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. Couriers in India call before delivery, and a wrong or incomplete number is the most common reason a parcel is delayed or returned to us. If you spot a mistake after ordering, contact us immediately - before dispatch we can usually correct it, after dispatch we cannot.

How the pieces are packed

Each pair is wrapped separately so the finishes and the pearl fringes do not rub against each other in transit.

If something has gone wrong

If tracking has not moved for several days, or a parcel arrives damaged, get in touch with your order number and we will chase the courier. If a piece has arrived damaged, photograph it before you do anything else - that is what a courier claim needs.
