Cancellation and refund policy

Cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge at any point before dispatch. Email support@ghunghroojewellery.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled and the returns terms below apply.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery where the item arrived damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered. Tell us within those 7 days, at the email above, and include your order number and a photograph of the problem.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings that have been worn, because they are worn in a piercing. This does not affect your rights where an item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Items must come back in their original packaging and in unworn condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will confirm the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. The time it then takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

Where a return is due to our error - damaged, defective or wrong item - we cover return shipping. Otherwise return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
