Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within India only.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of payment being confirmed. Delivery usually takes a further 5 to 7 business days depending on your location. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Deliveries can run late during festival periods, in remote pin codes, and because of courier or weather disruption outside our control.

Charges

Shipping charges, if any apply to your order, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched, with tracking details where the courier provides them.

Problems

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email support@ghunghroojewellery.com with your order number and we will trace it with the courier.
