A wide oxidised crescent, pierced right through like a jaali screen, with two peacocks facing a single domed cat's-eye stone at the centre. Under it, a dense fringe of small pearls and silver beads that moves every time you turn your head.
- Oxidised silver-tone finish over a base-metal alloy
- Domed cat's-eye glass cabochon, bezel-set, with kundan-style accent stones
- Faux pearl and bead fringe, strung by hand
- Filigree floret stud with a push-back post
- Pink with turquoise accents, or yellow with magenta
Wear it with a plain kurta and let the earrings do the talking, or with a heavy saree for mehndi and sangeet. The crescent is hollow and pierced rather than solid, so a pair sits lighter on the earlobe than its width suggests.
Materials & finish
Materials & finish
Oxidised silver or gold-plated finish over a base-metal alloy. Stones are cut and cabochon glass in kundan-style settings; pearls are faux. This is imitation jewellery — not precious metal or gemstone.
Care
Care
Keep away from water, perfume and hairspray, and store each pair separately so the finishes do not rub. Wipe with a dry cloth after wearing.
